چکیده

This paper reviewed the impact of thermally-induced oxidative stress on reproduction in ewes. Thermally-induced is associated with excess generation reactive oxygen species (ROS) during aerobic respiration and metabolic activities within body. Excess ROS have been implicated pathophysiologic mechanisms impairing reproductive processes, including changes cyclic luteal endometrial poor follicular development, ovulation, fertilisation, embryogenesis, embryonic implantation, placental differentiation foetal growth. High levels pregnancy result disorders such as spontaneous abortions, embryopathies, pre-eclampsia, growth restriction, pre-term abortion low-birth weight. occurs a extreme cold hot temperatures, its animals determined by nature management practices being used farm. Other factors exerting negative effects are nutrition, solar radiation, environmental pollutants, high ambient temperature relative humidity, expressed temperature-humidity-index. Effects of PMSG Doses on Reproductive Performance of Kurdi Ewes Artificially Inseminated during Breeding Season

This experiment was conducted to determine the reproductive performance of Kurdi ewes which were artificially inseminated (AI). In total 240 Kurdi ewes, weighing 49.5±2.5 kg were used in the trail. The ewes were allocated randomly to one of four groups (n=60/in each group). For synchronizing, controlled internal drug release (CIDR) was placed in the vagina of all individuals for 14 days. After ...
